Delivery on Orders
All products on the Used Garage Equipment website and eBay are priced to exclude delivery, except where stated either on a product listing or within the Delivery Locations section below.
If you are unsure whether your location or purchase is covered by our delivery policy, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to make delivery hassle-free and affordable for every customer.
Standard Dispatch
Goods purchased from Used Garage Equipment are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days however you will be contacted following your purchase to arrange the equipment collecting or delivery and to take additional payment if necessary. Contact will always be made for larger equipment purchases to ensure address and delivery location details are correct and to inform you of any prior requirements such as entry door size or floor depth for lift installation for example.
If you refuse delivery of goods, without prior notice to Used Garage Equipment then returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Delivery Locations
Prices quoted for delivery and installation on our website or eBay shop are to England postcodes, locations outside of mainland England including some areas of Scotland & Wales may incur additional delivery costs, and you may be contacted following an online purchase regarding these costs, otherwise please contact us for more information if you require before proceeding with your purchase.
If you are located outside the mainland UK please contact us for a delivery quote. Some very large items such as lifting equipment and commercial vehicle tyre changers will incur an extra delivery charge.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy for Used Garage Equipment UK Limited
The below constitutes the Used Garage Equipment returns policy and terms of service.
Except where otherwise stated, goods are sold as seen, and cannot be returned. We make every effort to refurbish used garage equipment along with extensive descriptions, images and videos of the products working to ensure you know what you are paying for ahead of any transaction and to avoid any confusion, misinterpretation and to avoid any need for returns.
In rare exceptions where we do offer returns, equipment then may be returned to Used Garage Equipment (some exceptions may apply) within 14 days of dispatch from our warehouse or suppliers, this must be accompanied with your original order or invoice so that we can match the products to the original payment and issue a refund in due course.
Goods returned to us without suitable documentation will not be accepted and no refund will be issued in these circumstances.
If you refuse delivery of goods, without prior notice to Used Garage Equipment then returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Refunds will be processed only when the product has been returned unopened, unused and the original state and packaging at the point of receiving the goods.
Should the product be opened, used or damaged in any way then no refund will be offered in any circumstances.
20% will be calculated by way of the product cost including VAT as stated on your original invoice or online order confirmation that you have been supplied with.
Faulty Goods
Any garage equipment, tools or other goods received in a faulty condition must be reported to Used Garage Equipment and evidence taken at the time of receipt of goods, please call us as we take these instances very seriously and work closely with both our suppliers, delivery partners and engineers to ensure seamless delivery and no damage to goods, beyond the wear and tear expected when buying used equipment.
If garage equipment, tools or other goods are found to be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition through no fault of you, the customer, then a no-quibble full refund or replacement will be offered.
If goods are proven by Used Garage Equipment or a supplier, or manufacturer to be not faulty or unsatisfactory or are faulty due to negligence on your behalf then carriage/collection costs will not be refunded. A replacement will be offered at your cost.
Customer Negligence
If garage equipment, tools or other goods are found to be damaged either upon receipt or following installation, due to customer negligence, if goods were ordered in error, or if you, the customer changed your mind following your order of this garage equipment then no refund or replacement would be offered, however, please call us in this instance and we will do our best to come to a mutually agreeable resolution to this issue, however, some administration and delivery fees may apply at the discretion of Used Garage Equipment.
Any goods lost, stolen or damaged whilst in transit back to Used Garage Equipment will be the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure secure and reliable services are used for any returns, we can advise and help with this if required.
